Main Tasks:
- Monitoring and controlling the flow of incoming calls;
- Redistributing incoming call lines among operators to ensure an optimal number of answered calls across all lines and to prevent call queues from forming;
- Collecting and analyzing call statistics data.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role;
- Excellent computer skills;
- Very good English language proficiency;
- Strong logical thinking and good concentration skills;
- Precision and the ability to react quickly and make decisions;
- Willingness to work in shifts (one week from 07:00 to 15:30, the other week from 14:30 to 23:00).
