IT Technical Support Specialist

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide IT technical support to company employees;
  • To be responsible for solving maintenance work issues and carrying out tasks in the company (replacing tables and chairs, keeping track of work equipment, preparing rooms for conferences and other events, communicating with relevant services for resolving specific issues etc.);
  • Install, maintain, and timely replace office equipment;
  • Create and manage system access permissions (Ticket system);
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to computers, software, network connections, and other IT systems;
  • Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure to ensure its stable operation;
  • Install, configure, and update hardware and software for company employees;
  • Provide consultations and training to employees on IT security matters;
  • Collaborate with IT service providers in Sweden to resolve issues.

Candidate Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar IT technical support role;
  • Advanced knowledge of Windows 365 operating system;
  • Preferred knowledge of Microsoft products (Active Directory, Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams);
  • Understanding of basic networking principles (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP);
  • Experience with various IT hardware (computers, printers, network devices) and software;
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills;
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team;
  • Excellent English and good Latvian language skills (Swedish language knowledge will be considered an advantage);
  • A higher education degree in IT or a related field is preferred;
  • Candidates with certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional) will have an advantage.
