Cabonline Customer Service Latvia hiring Swedish & Norwegian speaking CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALISTS in Liepaja branch!
Main tasks:
- Handling incoming telephone calls and requests from taxi customers or taxi drivers;
- Process taxi bookings and register them in the system;
- Support taxi drivers in daily traffic, provide support to their inquiries;
- Promptly respond to driver problem situations and provide solutions.
Requirements:
- Good Swedish or Norwegian language (at least level B1);
- Excellent communication and customer service skills;
- Ability to work flexible shifts (also nights and weekends);
- High attention to details, high sense of responsibility towards work.
