MAIN TASKS:
- Coordinating daily office operations;
- Organizing and performing office administrative tasks;
- Implementing office management and operational processes;
- Quickly resolving issues;
- Ordering office/supplies (procurement and control) and collaborating with suppliers;
- Providing support to colleagues in their daily tasks;
- Preparing informational materials and ensuring the flow of information;
- Organizing company events;
- Conducting safety briefings for new employees and informing existing employees about safety issues.
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 1 year of experience in office administration (office equipment, documentation, record-keeping, etc.);
- Excellent Latvian and English language skills; Good computer skills (MS Office programs);
- Accuracy, punctuality, and a high sense of responsibility;
- Ability to organize work independently;
- Positivity, initiative, and a desire to work in a dynamic environment;
- Experience with workplace safety issues will be considered an advantage.
